“When we lost our beloved Grandma, Kath aged 97 we really wanted her funeral to be special as she meant the world to us, Mandy helped to make this happen. From the moment she came into our house she was kind and helpful as well as offering lots of practical help. Her patience with writing the eulogy was incredible, at the age of 97 we had so many stories to tell about Kath and Mandy listened intently and was incredibly empathetic and kind. On the day of the funeral I knew we were in a safe pair of hands, she treated our Grandma along with all our family members with great compassion and respect. Her delivery of the eulogy and the way she conducted the service was pitched just right, we all cried and laughed together.
